We are pleased to sponsor the 2024 NNCI Etch Symposium organised by the Georgia Institute of Technology that will be held in Atlanta (GA | US) from the 24th to the 26th of April 2024.
The event is dedicated to micro-and-nanoscale electronic and photonic device fabrication, materials characterization, and biological research. Discussions will cover advances in the patterning of strategic and emerging materials for electronic, photonic, quantum, & MEMS devices.

Dr. Marco Notarianni
is the East Coast Account Manager for Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology. He has over 10 years of experience working for other plasma etch/deposition equipment suppliers in the role of process engineering manager and product manager. The majority of his plasma experience is related to etch compound semiconductors (GaN, InP, SiC, GaAs) and Si DRIE. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles, and 1 book chapter and holds 2 patents related to semiconductor plasma processing.
