Dr. Marco Notarianni is the East Coast Account Manager for Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology. He has over 10 years of experience working for other plasma etch/deposition equipment suppliers in the role of process engineering manager and product manager. The majority of his plasma experience is related to etch compound semiconductors (GaN, InP, SiC, GaAs) and Si DRIE. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles, and 1 book chapter and holds 2 patents related to semiconductor plasma processing.
