The global disruption due to COVID-19 is unprecedented. As a business, our priority is protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees, whilst keeping our business open to support our existing and new customers.
We continue to closely monitor and assess the situation and put in place procedures and practices to continue the support of our customers across the world.
All our manufacturing sites remain open, and we have implemented additional measures in line with Government guidelines to ensure the safety of all our employees. At this time, where necessary, we are prioritising requests from those who are working to provide solutions for COVID-19 and other essential services.
Our global service teams are adding a range of remote services to support our customers and our global sales, applications and marketing teams continue to be available as normal. We are offering an extensive range of webinars and other digital material for our customers and you can download our webinar brochure below. We have introduced a live chat facility on some areas of the website as an easy way to ask a question or get support.
We remain committed to supporting you during this time and our businesses are in touch with customers directly about the various ways we can help during this time. We are extremely grateful for the efforts our teams around the world are making during this difficult time to keep others safe while continuing to assist our customers. Our thoughts are with those that have been impacted by this global health emergency.
