Meet Oxford Instruments at PESM-PlaCEP 2024

We are delighted to sponsor the PESM&PlaCEP 2024 workshops that will be held together from 10 to 12 June 2024 at IMEC in Leuven, Belgium.

PESM (Plasma Etch and Strip in Microelectronics) 2024 will be devoted to plasma etch and strip processes for micro-, nano-, and bio-technologies, while PlaCEP (International Workshop on Plasma Cryogenic Etching Processes) will focus on plasma cryogenic etch processes. The workshops will be dedicated to the dry etching industry, including plasma processing, but also other vacuum-based removal techniques (ion beam, neutral beam, gaseous thermal etching, and more).
