This form allows you to raise concerns about how Oxford Instruments handles your personal data.

This form can also be downloaded as a PDF and sent via email to privacy@oxinst.comor by post to Attention: Group Data Privacy Manager, Oxford Instruments plc, Halifax Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3SE.

After you submit your complaint, we’ll send you an acknowledgement within 30 days and will respond to your complaint without undue delay. Please note that complex complaints will require more time to respond but we’ll keep you informed.

Please note that in the case of some complaints we may require further information to verify your identity prior to disclosing any personal data.
