Oxford Instruments is thrilled to introduce "Seeing is Believing: Customized for you!" We are offering you a no-obligation opportunity to select from three options tailored to your institution. And, we want to make it as effortless as possible for you! Allow us to handle the marketing aspects, including landing pages, email campaigns, flyers, and registration. Simply coordinate with our team to finalize dates and your topic of interest.

We are excited to show you both our EM tools (EDS, EBSD, and BEX) and Raman imaging solutions (standalone Raman microscope, alpha300 R, and integrated Raman-SEM microscopes, RISE). The options below can pertain to any combination of these products.

30-minute to 2-hour virtual seminar.

What we provide: An applications engineer or product specialist will deliver a customized seminar at a mutually agreed-upon date and time. You can choose the virtual platform of your preference, although TEAMs is typically recommended. We will create a personalized landing page on the Oxford Instruments domain where students, staff, and faculty can learn about the event and register. Additionally, we will send an email with links to the landing page and registration, which can be customized with photos of your lab or equipment. The email content and frequency can be tailored to your preferences. We will also provide customized digital flyers.

What we need from you: Not much. If desired, please provide photos to include in your personalized marketing material. If you would like us to send email blasts and flyers to your contacts, please share a list of contacts at your institution. You are welcome to use the emails we create to personally send to your list!

1-hour to 2-hour lunch and learn session at your institution.

What we provide: An applications engineer or product specialist will conduct a customized lunch and learn session at your institution on a mutually agreed-upon date. Oxford Instruments will provide lunch. Similar to Option 1, we will create a personalized landing page on the Oxford Instruments domain where participants can learn about the event and register. We will also send an email with links to the landing page and registration, which can be customized with photos of your lab or equipment. Customized digital and physical flyers will be provided.

What we need from you: Please ensure there is a suitable location for the event, including a meeting room with monitors/projectors, access to the internet, and space for food and attendees. If desired, provide photos to include in your personalized marketing material. If you would like us to send email blasts and flyers to your contacts, please share a list of contacts at your institution. You are welcome to use the emails we create to personally send to your list!

A 2-day virtual workshop.

What we provide: 2 days of dedicated time from one of our applications engineers or product specialists on a live system from one of our North American demo labs. Exact format and schedule will be mutually agreed upon. Virtual platform of your choice, but TEAMs typically works best. Typical format is a half day of virtual talks followed by demonstrations of the latest hardware/software. Students, staff, faculty are welcome to send their own samples prior to the workshop for the demonstrations. A personalized landing page for your event hosted on the Oxford Instruments domain where students, staff, faculty can learn about the event and register. An email with links to landing page and registration (email can be customized with photos of your lab, equipment, etc). Customized digital flyers.

What we need from you: A stable internet connection. Photos that you’d like to include in your personalized marketing material (optional). A list of contacts at your institution if you’d like us to send email blasts and flyers (optional). Of course, feel free to use the emails we create to personally send to your list!
