Surface center of mass position to Spots object

Creates a spot at the center of homogeneous mass for all or selected surfaces. This XTension will place a spot at the center of homogeneous mass for all or selected surfaces. A new Spots object will be created. User will be given the option to select the radius of the spot. Note: The original Surfaces object in Surpass scene will NOT be changed.
