Filaments Angles Statistics

This XTension measures and displays the angles statistics of the filament, the angle between segments and branches. The calculated data is plotted. Two plots are created: Angles between the segments and Angles between the branches. The x-axis represents the measurement of the angle and the y-axis represents the number of segments or number of branches. All the angles calculations are based on dendrite vertex positions.
