New Application Note Describes Atomic Force Microscopy for Characterizing Electrical Double Layer Properties in Ionic Liquid Electrolytes

As energy storage devices shrink, new characterization methods are necessary to allow in situ studies of nanoscale dynamics inside electrochemical cells.
