Single Molecule Imaging with Multiple Wavelengths

This webinar showcased two different imaging techniques used to visualize multiple fluorescent single molecules simultaneously. The vast majority of fluorescence microscopy applications involve the use of more than one fluorescent probe e.g. FRET, dual colour imaging, co-localization studies, etc. The ability to detect multiple fluorescent targets simultaneously can enable visualization of complex functional and molecular processes in-vivo.
