*Terms and Conditions: Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will be considered as automatic forfeiture of participation and prize eligibility. Each participant is limited to one prize opportunity in this event. Once a participant wins any prize, they will forfeit their chance to participate in the draw for any additional prizes. Oxford Instruments will conduct the lucky draw on-site at the end of day-2 of the meeting (June 11) and will notify the winners via emails using the personal information provided by the winners. If a winner does not formally respond via email within three business days from the date of the winning notification (as determined by the date sent from the organizer's system) indicating their willingness to accept the prize, or if the name provided by the winner is incomplete, does not match their official identification, or if contact phone numbers, email addresses, or other details are missing or incorrect leading to the winner not receiving the notification, it will be considered that the winner has automatically forfeited their eligibility to participate in the event and claim the prize. The organizer will then select alternative winners as needed. Participants must ensure that their provided email and relevant information are accurate and complete, and they should regularly check online for the winning announcement and confirm receipt of the notification. If there are any concerns, participants should actively contact the organizer to avoid any loss of rights.
