Book Your Ticket HereThe 2024 Oxford Instruments EBSD User Meeting scheduled for 14th – 16th is aimed at any user of our EBSD systems, regardless of level of expertise. The event will be held over three days and involves keynote invited lecturers as well as talks from many of our customers. We will also run a series of smaller, focused sessions from our EBSD experts to introduce some of our most recent developments and to help you to get the most out of your EBSD system. We are encouraging active participation, with the opportunity to present a talk or poster at the meeting.

There will be plenty of time in the agenda for informal discussions and socialising with the other delegates as well as a chance to engage with our staff and to learn about the latest and upcoming EBSD product innovations. This is also your chance to influence the direction of our EBSD hardware and software development for the future!
The meeting venue is the beautiful, secluded Forest Hotel, just 5 km outside the historical city of Kraków and only 15 minutes from the well-connected John Paul II Kraków-Balice International Airport. The hotel is surrounded by forest and sits on a hill, overlooking the Vistula river. The intriguing brutalist architecture is offset by the adjacent Przegorzały Castle – just 200 m from the Forest Hotel. This newly renovated Castle is the location of our evening banquets and social activities.
In order to ensure excellent value for money, we are keeping the all-inclusive registration costs as low as possible. The price includes all accommodation and food for the 48-hour event. The John Paul II Kraków-Balice International Airport is nearby, can be reached from numerous destinations across Europe, and is used by many national and budget airlines.
To encourage early registration to the meeting, we have a special discounted early-bird rate that will be available until January 12th, 2023. In addition, we will also be offering a specially reduced student registration price.
