Come learn about Oxford Instruments Andor spinning disc confocal microscopes and how to analyze your multi-dimensional microscopy data in Imaris. We will review how to count cells, create 3D segmentations, trace filamentous structures, and create publication worthy animations and figures. We will also show you how to use the latest AI/ML features to optimize your analysis pipeline.
Current and future Imaris users of any level are welcome.
