Dr Aileen O'Mahony
Dr Aileen O'Mahony

Dr Aileen O'Mahony is the Product Manager for GaN power electronics and RF solutions at Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology. Aileen has a PhD in Chemistry from University College Cork, Ireland, in the field of ALD for microelectronics applications. She is the author and co-author of over 20 publications, has 1 granted patent, and has presented at numerous international conferences and workshops, including as an invited speaker.
