The Chemiedozententagung (CDT) is a symposium that brings together young academics from all areas of chemistry. Habilitation candidates and junior professors use this platform to present their research and exchange ideas.

With 300 to 400 participants, the Chemistry Lecturers' Conference is the largest event in the German-speaking world at which young scientists present their current research findings. In addition, professors from all faculties of German-speaking universities where chemistry training is provided take part in the conference.
