SRRF-Stream Updater

Updater utilities for micro-manager and SDK versions of SRRF-Stream. Running these updates will update earlier versions of SRRF-Stream and SRRF-Stream+ to the 1.18 version (Dec 2022 release). This 1.18 release provides support for Zyla 4.2P and ZL41 Cell 4.2 cameras, plus updated GPU support and improved image quality.
