AAPG Annual Convention & Exhibition: ACE 2020 

The American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and its Divisions, along with the Society for Sedimentary Geology (SEPM), are proud to host the AAPG 2020 Annual Convention and Exhibition (ACE) at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas 7–10 June 2020.

Houston, the “Energy Capital of the World,” is the headquarters and the intellectual capital for virtually every segment of the energy industry including exploration, production, transmission, marketing, supply, and technology. The city truly embraces all things energy and geoscience, which makes it the ideal location to host ACE 2020 and attract a global audience of some 5,000 professionals from more than 72 countries to exchange technical ideas, research, and innovations.

ACE continues as one of the most prestigious events for the geosciences community with a tradition of delivering an exceptionally strong, juried technical program, state-of-the-art technology displays and networking activities that create a dependable, fun and valuable business forum. Founded over a century ago, AAPG was built upon the expertise and knowledge of many of the world’s most prominent and successful geoscientists. The traditions of scientific excellence and professional camaraderie carry on when the Association’s flagship event returns to Houston.
