INCAEnergy+

The speed and convenience of EDS with the resolving power and sensitivity of WDS. INCAEnergy + is combined the outputs of the EDS and WDS spectrometers to provide simultaneous analysis of major elements (by EDS) and minor/trace elements (by WDS), providing real power to microanalysts.

• INCAEnergy+ is fully integrated into the familiar INCAEnergy user interface, ensuring straightforward acquisition and processing of all data
• Swiping the mouse under a peak in the EDS spectrum automatically starts acquisition of a WDS spectral scan
• EDS and WDS data is acquired simultaneously for fast and accurate quantitative analysis of all elements
• Optional variable collimator EDS detector means excellent EDS analysis is possible, even at very high beam currents
• WDS X-ray maps and linescans are acquired simultaneously with EDS SmartMap acquisition of spectrum image data cubes
