Gas Flow Controller

VC31 flow controller

The VC31 flow controller is designed to monitor helium gas flow and consists of a vacuum gauge, needle valve and flow meter. The flow controller should be used in conjunction with the GF3 or GF4 gas flow pump.

VC41 flow controller

The VC41 flow controller is similar to the VC 31, however it contains two coupled flow meters, one calibrated for helium gas (0 to 2.5 litres/hr, liquid equivalent), the other for nitrogen (0 to 5 litres/min, gas flow).
