Low temperature and magnetic sample Environments

Oxford Instruments offers a wide range of optical cryostats, 3He systems, dilution refrigerators and superconducting magnets to choose from, to provide you with low temperature and/or magnetic field sample environments.

Low temperatures as low as few mK and magnetic field up to 22T with or without the need for liquid cryogen!

Low temperature and magnetic field environments can also be combined:

• the dilution refrigerator, 3He system and VTI product ranges can be integrated with all our superconducting magnet options.
• For optical spectroscopy applications, we offer few products which combine low temperature and magnetic sample environments as well as optical access. The Spectromag offers magnetic field from 8 to 11T and a low temperature environment (1.5K using a VTI and 0.45K using a HelioxTL). For applications at microscopy level, the MicrostatMO is the cryostat of choice as it offers a short working distance and a very stable platform for high resolution measurements. It offers a low temperature environment and a magnetic field up to 5T.
