Support Agreements 

During your first year of ownership, your purchase from Oxford Instruments is covered by a standard comprehensive warranty. Additional support agreements are designed to help you maximise tool utilisation, enhance return on investment, and maintain cost of ownership by providing higher service levels with agreed response times. Support agreement holders are also entitled to receive discounts on Spares, Training and Upgrades.

Agreements are available in three levels of support – Bronze, Silver and Gold – all offered on an annual basis. Due to the varying nature of our customers business needs, we can also tailor support to meet your own specific requirements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preventative Maintenance

In order to maintain your System performance we have developed a range of Preventative Maintenance kits for all of our Products, which you can either install yourselves or use the services of our highly trained service personnel. Use of preventative maintenance maintains system performance and helps reduce the likelihood of business impacting system failure.


Repairs, refurbishment and Service Exchange

If you are a light user and do not need the comfort and reassurance of a support agreement, we are able to provide on-site support from one of our experienced engineers. Please note though, we cannot guarantee a response time, as our priority is with those customers whom have support contracts.

Over time, components will wear out and require replacement. We are able to offer repair services for many components, rather than have to purchase new, particularly for electrical or electronic modules – please contact us with your requirements.

For some items that may be critical to system operation (such as pumps and generators), we may be able to offer a service exchange unit. To minimise your system down time, we will fit a working replacement to your system whilst the faulty item is sent for repair.
