Galvanising
Galvanising is the process of applying a zinc-based coating to steel substrates. This method is widely used because it is cost-effective, easily applied, and provides superior corrosion protection and long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.
The Galvanising process is ideally suited for coating large surfaces, and the result is uniform on all sides, including corners and edges.
The method of "Hot Dip" Galvanising involves submersing steel products into a bath of molten zinc. Also referred to as “Batch” or “General” Galvanising, this simple process produces a smooth and even coating that protects the steel from the elements and from wear in both indoor and outdoor applications.
