On-line Support
Oxford Instruments HKL uses an advanced on-line support system to help provide the best possible support service. This enables us, with your permission, to view and to control the computer that is used to run the CHANNEL software. In such cases you will be given a username and support number (over the phone or by e-mail) which you should enter on the following webpage:
https://hkl.webex.com/support
This will then install a passive browser component that will allow us to control your pc, but only when the browser is open. This then helps us to provide a fast and reliable support service for all of our customers. Obviously, for those customers concerned about the security implications, we are happy to continue to provide support in a more conventional manner (i.e. by phone +45 9657 2600 or e-mail).
Customer Requests
Our Customer Request (CuRe) service allows you to report any problems that you might have with your CHANNEL5 system and to suggest improvements for future product releases. These may be simple software bugs, or advanced features that you feel would benefit your EBSD work. Simply submit a request by emailing hklsupport@oxinst.com
